I followed Dr. Roberts to this practice because of the outstanding medical care she has provided me. I looked for a long time to find a doctor who was empathetic, practical, and just - present with me as a patient, and Dr. Roberts exceeds all my expectations. She is never judgemental, always kind. Fantastic encounter! I had not visited a provider in quite some time. The Dr and staff made me feel comfortable and cared for.
Good doctors and staff but billing department does not work. They over bill in error and then refuse to refund the overage. Been trying to address multiple weeks but going externally now
I have been a patient of Dr McNeill for over 10 years!! He is the best doctor that my wife and I have ever had!! The only reason we aren't seeing him anymore is we moved to Oregon! He diagnosed a problem my wife was having and sent her to a specialist and that doctor said the Dr.McNeill's diagnosis was correct and he started treatment for her! Thank you for taking great of us Dr.M Neill for the last 10 years you will be missed!!
Dr. Roberts and her team are proficient, professional and polite. I don’t like to engage in any of this and they make each visit quick and pleasant. Highly recommended when they’re accepting new patients.
