Dr. Roberts has made such an incredible impact on my life. If I could recommend her to everyone, especially neurodivergent patients, I would. The remainder of the staff have always been extremely accommodating and kind above all else. You couldn't catch me at another practice.
Awful place!!! Lack of good health care. They don’t listen to the patient, they are just pushing people through especially if you’re on Medicare it’s all about the money. And forget speaking to someone if you have a concern everything is online. Don’t go to this practice the pure lack of understanding, communication, comprehension and care is mind blowing.
I have been a patient of Dr. McNeill for over 10 years. I appreciate how you can schedule appointments, get lab results and ask questions by using the patient portal. I feel Dr. McNeill takes the time to listen to my issues with patience and concern. I never feel as if I am rushed.
