Subcontractors beware. Hayden Lewis left our business a one star review only because we decided not to bid on the work.

I was a contractor for Trillum. The people are very nice. But you will have trouble getting paid. They ask you to agree to net 60 day terms. However the 60 days will come and go.. with no pay! They will say.. “well you got your invoice in a little as slow, so there is a delay. But that date will come and go with no pay. There contract is written so no factoring company will buy the invoices. So you are just left to wonder when the invoice is going to get paid.

We have done few jobs for them and we didn’t get paid or got paid less than amount was agreed on

Incredible work environment, possibly the best I’ve ever encountered in my Facilities career thus far! Everyone exhibits integrity and a sincere passion for their work and serving our clients. It truly is a rarity these days to work with individuals, let alone, an entire team, that has as much tenacity and heart as the Trillium family does!
