What used to be a good place has turned to absolute crap. I have been seeing Dr. Torok since I was a teenager in her first practice. With the new facilities, you can bet on wait times being 15 min to an hour past your appt time. Also- you need to be “seen” in order to get routine prescriptions filled. When you are finally “seen” that exam takes between 4 and 5 seconds. I’m out of my time and $100 every visit. Will be finding someone else. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Dr. Torok examined my scalp and said it was Sun damaged she took care of the problem and it wasn’t cancerous. The whole staff was great.
What used to be a good place has turned to absolute crap. Waits are over an hour and you need to be “seen” in order to get routine prescriptions filled. Not to mention when I showed up for my last appointment, it turned out it had been cancelled and no one could explain how as the person who cancelled it was not part of the staff?
