As a new patient and new to the process, I found the overall experience impersonal and the exam felt very rushed. She rattled things off as she did the exam about skincare and sun protection interspersed with commentary about what she was doing. Just very quick-like and I didn’t catch all of what she was saying. Wonderful helpful staff and doctor
Dr. Francine Johns, and Hannah, both made me feel comfortable with a body check. I was apprehensive, but it was thorough and quick, and I now feel better knowing there are no areas of concern. They were both patient with my many questions, and I agreed to an annual checkup in a year. Thank you for making this exam bearable. You quieted my concerns completely. 💜💜
I’ve been coming to this place since I was a kid, and while the people here are truly kind and the care is great, one thing hasn’t changed over the years—the wait times. If you schedule someone for 9:30, it’s frustrating to still be waiting over an hour later. I completely understand that things can run behind from time to time, but this seems to be a consistent issue, not an occasional hiccup. People have jobs, responsibilities, and schedules to keep.
