Mr.Ardasher works very well. He listens to all our problems and fixes them right away. I am thankful for him.
Trillium was the worse experience in my life. I had two apartments here one for a fews months and the other for the rest of the year. The first apartment was on the 12th floor in building 2. When I first got there the elevator wasn’t working and the entrance reeked of piss and cigarettes. So I had to take the stairs with all my stuff. The stairs smelt horrible, there was piss and shit on the way up. Then a few days after a pipe broke which led to the carpet to be all wet. Ardash did a great job, he helped set up our bathroom towel bars. He is a good Maintenance Technician and a respectful man.
