I have already filed a complaint against trillium this to the county llandlord tenant division. Per the statue, Trillium was supposed return my deposit within 20 days, it’s now been almost 3 months (60) days. I guess the next action will be to meet at the courthouse? If you are reading this, do not even consider living here unless it is your only option. Management is awful and hardly do anything to improve the building. Here are just some of the issues I've had since moving in. I agreed to pay over $100 more a month because I wanted a washing/drying combo in my unit, it has not once dried my laundry at all. There is a massive issue with package stealing that management has done absolutely nothing to address, they simply say "file a police report" but the police have nothing to go off of... read more
