This complex is so unsafe and unsanitary that the tenants have organized. No A/C. No hot water. No elevators. Made-up violations and unlawful pay-or-quit notices. Enough is enough. We demand humane conditions or we will withhold our rent until changes are made. #TrilliumTenantsUnite #Solidarity

Imani was very polite, informative and patient. She gave us a tour of a unit on the 5th floor and answered all of our questions to the best of her ability. 10/10 experience.

Notice how every single positive review is from people who don’t live in the building but have just toured. The building is disgusting and smells terrible always. The elevators never work, maintenance requests are never fulfilled, management is unwilling to help. There was poop in the stairwell the other day. Worse, Trillium’s management has a contract with a predatory towing company (Dominion Towing) that will tow cars, even if you have a parking pass.

Terrible houses, the elevators are always broken, in every building! How can people with children and strollers and people with disabilities get up to their apartments ??? This is not acceptable in our beautiful Virginia and the United States !!! and no manager cares - they are very lazy and stupid. We need to fundamentally change the policy of elevator maintenance and systematize many gaps in management of maintenance and repair !
