I had a very disappointing experience with a technician named Ardasher at Trillium Apartments. I submitted a maintenance request for a door handle repair, but the issue was not resolved. Instead, he caused additional damage by breaking two locks. Even more concerning, the maintenance request was marked as completed, even though the problem was not fixed.
