I've been here twice and got the "Let chef cook" option both times. Each person at the table got a different set of dishes, which was super fun. Finally a restaurant that cares a lot about presentation. The food always looked beautiful. Service is excellent; professional, friendly, and not rushed. I personally loved every dish, some more than others. Everyone at my table agreed that the flavors were great on each dish, but complained that some of the dishes were too rich. Dessert is a must. Prices are very reasonable for wha... read more

While I generally don't think of northern European cuisine as my first choice when on vacation, I saw the great reviews of this place everywhere I read and decided I had to try it. By far, the smorgasbord was the best part of the meal. The portion sizes were perfect to get a couple for the table and share. I can definitely recommend the aquavit salmon, cured beef tenderloin, and terrine.

I loved it. Visited with friends and the chef came out and gave us a private lesson in the food we had--origin, way it was cooked and what they wanted to achieve in a culinary experience. It was beyond my dreams. Highly recommend. IT WAS DELICIOUS!

If you have ever watched Top Chef and wanted to be one of the lucky people tasting that food...you are in luck...experience Trillium. Food presentation is picture perfect, but the true test of a great restaurant...the flavors on the plate. At Trillium they surpass looks. From the moment you walk-in your experience starts, a modern warm fireplace with clean lines throughout and just enough old charm elegance to be a very inviting atmosphere. Wait staff is amazing, seasonal menus created with local fresh produce and the perfec... read more

Service was unbelievably bad. Food OK, though almost every dish had something odd about it: a big scoop of frozen goat cheese on a salad, cream cheese on the steak, slivers of lardo on scallops. It was hard to make a choice. All that can be overlooked as creative license, but the service was just insanely terrible.
