I was seen twice and had to cancel my monthly payments due to the hormones making me very sick. I cancelled right after my second appointment. I was still charged the following month and the prescription was to be cancelled as well, but I still received that a month after my first appt. I talked to 2 different people and filled out cancellation paperwork, but they claim they didn't record my cancelling so wouldn't give me a refund.
