Luke was great. I've hit him with a LOT of questions and we've been slow as our builders took a long time, but he coached us through, always picked up the phone, very clearly explained things - sometimes multiple times - and at no point did I ever feel like I was a burden. The system works perfectly and we're really happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this business.
Luke and the team at Trill care about their customers, the quality of the services they provide and the environment. When decommissioning systems, they offer their customers the option to recycle the solar panels rather than take them to landfill. I would highly recommend as they are a pleasure to work with!
