Attended a Birthday Party in a private room. I thought it was very nice. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding.
Customer service is lacking. Prologue (the restaurant downstairs) feels like a new restaurant that is trying to get their act together. Note that they don't start dinner menu until 5pm., which is fine but I feel like I didn't see any signage anywhere showing business hours. Anytime I needed something from the front desk, I felt like I was bothering them. Just generic questions (do you sell snacks, is there an area where I can have a private phone call or small meeting).
