I want to prompt this review with “maybe there’s an issue with the number of staff”. Check in was nice, the host ensured we received welcome drinks and allowed an early check in (we arrived super early, but our room was ready). We were on the fifth level and this is where the issues began. We walked inside the room , shocked about the carpet. It was stained and to be quite frank a tribute portfolio hotel having carpet in 2026 is wildly interesting to say the least (at least upkeep it), and apparently housekeeping didn’t see ... read more

Great spot for a staycation!! Super pleasant staff. I adore the theme of the hotel, including that of the restaurant.
