Good customer service. Decent price and easy access. Very simple process to rent a unit from this company. I recommend them to anyone.
The KDH location is very clean and quiet. Well taken care of facility. The check in was easy. The move out was very easy as well. Also if you were to have any questions the phone number is always easy to reach their personal who are very polite.
Trilink made it easy and straightforward to rent a unit. Had to call to ensure my rental and customer service was quick at answering my questions. The unit was clean and ready along with a lock that was supplied
Just completed unit request online. Had few questions so called twice for clarifications. Folks very nice, helpful and professional. And they answered the phone instead of voicemail!
I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience so far! Spoke to someone very informative, super kind, and having the ability to not only be closer to home but also be able to afford storage is a huge plus! Very excited
