Hello Ehab, It would be remiss of me not to sincerely thank you for your outstanding service. It has been a very hectic time with our move, working from home, the pandemic etc. and yesterday evening I reflected on how smooth everything went. I've been a residential customer for the past 3 years. Trilex took over the contract from my previous monitoring service. Their prices are much more reasonable and they have a local presence. I have found their support to be excellent as well. I recently had a technical issue after switching my phone service from Rogers to Primus. Even though Primus voip is not officially supported to work with home alarms, the technician went out of his way to resolve my issue.
We've now been with Trilex for over 10 years, and they have truly been great. We have only needed them to visit once to repair a door contact; the techs were courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Trilex's security monitoring always follows up on an alarm via a phone call and with an email report (so far, all false alarms usually by us!).
