If I could give them no stars I would. Purchased a trailer 4 months ago. Driving down the road and the bottom fell out. Took it back where they completed the repairs. They then issued me with an $800 invoice saying it was not covered under warranty. Why you ask... because it was not in their possession when the fault occurred. Have you heard of anything so ridiculous!! Can’t recommend TRIK highly enough, Sales and service were exceptional, but the build of the trailer shone through. I looked at a couple of other dealers, but after visiting TRIK, I stopped looking. Trik Trailers Pakenham is a LIFE SAVER! I had the unfortunate experience of going to VicRoads with an imported car not having the VIN not engraved onto the body of the car. I called Trik Trailers and they said sure no worries come on down and within 30mins had the engraving done and dusted! Thanks again for your quick response and fast work!
Old trailer finally gave up the ghost. Called Trik at 11am Friday and they had my spray rig on a new, registered 8x5 by lunch time Saturday. Amazing service, fair prices. Best in Melbourne!
Trik trailers is sadly not the quality they once were. I had a trailer repaired earlier in the year, costing over $600. All of the work had to immediately be re-done as it was not safe. This included twisting the electric break wires together instead of joining them safely with approved connections, not re-aligning a loose axel so it was left hanging 1inch off centre and all of their welds breaking (over a 6mth period).
