Endangering the welfare of children should not be associated with an engineering firm but on July 9, 2022, I witnessed a vehicle cross 3rd street driving into the Curtis viaduct while pulling a flatbed trailer with a cardboard Trihydro parade float that was held in place by two elementary school children sitting cross legged in the trailer without any restraints.
