I have been here for several reasons but typically it’s to see my PCP Dr. Jurkowski and the office is always clean and nice and the staff is great and my PCP is wonderful
I am adding my review to this page as I previously posted it to TriHealth Group Health - Kenwood, though my experience is more relevant to women's health. I have been a patient here for seven years, and largely did not have issues until the last year. Once I began seeing them for pregnancy, my experience became much worse compared to my previous well woman visits. They treat you as though you’re a drug abuser. They kept refilling a controlled substance for me then suddenly decided not to fill it with no warning or message that I was due for an appointment. So I went into a very dangerous withdrawal. I don’t even take the full dose, I take half the dose daily. No flexibility. I couldn’t leave work right that minute for an appointment so they said I was “refusing treatment”. Absolutely terrible communication and a complete lack of transparency.
