If I could give 0 starts I would! On a positive note, there was one staff member Cecilia who was truly an angel. She went above and beyond to help me and showed genuine kindness and professionalism. She deserves recognition and a raise. I only wish her colleagues would learn from her about common decency and patient care. I had a very disappointing/ embarrassing experience at this office. Very disappointed with yet another doctor treating me like crap…. The way I was spoken to was disgusting. I’m coming in because I have an issue and he treated me like I was garbage. This is exactly why I do not trust doctors! “Why are you here?” No Hi I’m so and so nice to meet you what’s going on… I’ll just continue to deal with my problems on my own. “Doctors” like him are the exact reason people can’t get proper treatment. I was a patient of the West Fork location in 2024, so some of these practices may have changed. First pregnancy. I did not meet the OB, Dr. Venard until I was in my 3rd trimester. I was scheduled to meet her earlier and when I arrived for the appt I was told I had been rescheduled with someone else because she was on vacation. It was baffling to me I found out the day of the appointment she was not going to be there. I would have much rather rescheduled beforehand to a day that worked for her. I called this morning to see if my providers would disclose who they voted for in the last election. I am not comfortable being seen by OBs who align with Trump’s policies and would therefore likely be okay with forcing me to be a brain dead incubator, like Adriana Smith in GA. I was told that they would not disclose that information, which tells me all I need to know. That is their right, to be sure.
