At 16 weeks pregnant, I came to Dr. Jo Ann Videtto with severe lower belly pain and lower back pain along with bleeding. I felt my concerns were not fully evaluated; the only check done was listening to the baby’s heartbeat with a Doppler, and I was told it might be related to a UTI. I continued to have severe pain and bleeding, and sadly lost my baby the next day. This was a heartbreaking experience, and I wish my symptoms had been taken more seriously and thoroughly evaluated.
My experience at this location this morning was overall okay. I went in for an IUD replacement. The front desk staff were very friendly. My only real issue was the nurse assisting my doctor. Getting an IUD replaced is an uncomfortable process all by itself. So as I’m doing my best to breathe through the cramping but wincing here and there, the nurse in the room is giggling/laughing throughout this process. It definitely made me feel even more uncomfortable but what could I say as I just have to lay there and let them finish.... read more
If I could give 0 starts I would! On a positive note, there was one staff member Cecilia who was truly an angel. She went above and beyond to help me and showed genuine kindness and professionalism. She deserves recognition and a raise. I only wish her colleagues would learn from her about common decency and patient care. I had a very disappointing/ embarrassing experience at this office.
