Very upset!! Let me start off a little positive all the doctors have always been amazing to me. But I just called in asking a medical question and what else I could do so my child could have some relief she literally laughed out loud I wish I had the phone recording. I won’t post the name publicly but I do have her name and that was very unprofessional and didn’t help one bit. Not happy with how this situation was handled

Been my daughters pediatrician for over 8 years now and love every doctor and receptionist there! We walk in and they know and greet us by name!

I’ve been coming to this office specifically for years, wanted to stick with the same dr for my second and third child. I literally just got out of the hospital with my newborn Thursday, which I had set up an appointment at my hospital as they requested me to do so before I left said hospital.
