My 17 yo has been a patient of the Butler County office since birth. The front end staff and the nurses at the Butler County Office are the most amazing group of women. It's been the same staff (and their next generation!) since my child has been cared for. The level of comfort, care, and support these women provide is amazing and I hope that whomever they report to know that these women are a HUGE part of why we stayed at the practice after Dr. Norby passed (we still miss her and think of her fondly). Edit: I truly despise this place. Especially when Dr. Kelley Barney was there. It's been almost 2 years since her blatant accusation against myself and my family. I've never received an apology from any of them. Even from the start of going there, I was continuously blamed for the skin condition they knew nothing about. It was always, "You're using the wrong soap. You're using the wrong lotion. You're wiping too much. You're not wiping enough."
