The worse to deal with before your surgery. Never , ever deal with the ppl work in Kettering area..canceled my surgery a day before my surgery because of the ppl work on my doctore office don't do their job a week before your surgery. I prefer go to U.C hospital way, better customer service and handled all paper work professionally.
