I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now and I usually have treatment with Beth. Everytime I come in for therapy there is a disconnect in communication when I express what I need. Today I was treated by Angela and again there was a huge disconnect in communication when asking for a medical massage to help with the area I am receiving treatment for. I’m not sure if the issue is racially motivated but it sure feels like it. I see other providers at this location and this communication issue does not occur with those providers... read more
