I just wanted to say that I have been a patient here for 15+ years and Dr Kindt has been amazing. She listens to all my concerns and really goes above and beyond for me I am so thankful for her. To have such a caring Dr is a blessing. I also wanted to say that Laura in the front office is also amazing she is so quick to help and respond. Laura really goes above and beyond also, she really takes time to help and is always so helpful and so kind. This is the best practice around.
I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy at this office. Seeking medical care is stressful enough when you’re in pain and feeling ill, but the staff and Dr. Vonderbrink made the experience significantly worse. The issues started with the front desk. I called ahead to let them know I was running 10 minutes late due to major highway closures while President Trump was in town. This place is a joke and has done nothing but gone down hill ever since Dr Merling left. I have been seeing Lea Jordyn for the past couple years since then and unfortunately she decided to stop prescribing my much needed medications that I’ve been taking without issues for the past 9 years or so. She told me she would no longer prescribe my ADHD meds to me because I took a different prescription that was prescribed to me from a different doctor. She said I violated the agreement by taking it.
