This review is for my experience on the phone with neurology, not my experience attending this office. I spoke with MaryAnn on the phone this morning and was taken aback by how rude she was. She was extremely short with me, and interrupted me multiple times. I was very disappointed as this is not consistent with the positive experiences I have had with TriHealth in the past. I would give this facility a zero if I could. Went as a new patient to Dr. Christine Smith with physical and rehabilitation yesterday for 11:15 appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early to make sure I was available to fill out any paperwork ect. I noticed that Dr. Smith's assistant called back another patient about 30 minutes before my appointment and said " glad we could fill you in today".
