I was a patient of Dr. Lewis for a decade. He is an amazing cardiologist and would recommend him all day long. However, when recently trying to access my cardiology history, i’ve been told that all my documents are destroyed after five years. Therefore, my new doctor has no access to my angiogram or other vital information. I find it extremely disappointing that records are destroyed after I spent thousands of dollars on testing. How can the results of such an important test be destroyed?
The physicians are amazing in this group. I am giving 3 stars and should be less for the response of returned calls in regards to medical testing that has been done/ordered by this office. I am not even going to discuss the My Chart option and responses. Again, the doctors are wonderful.
