This is a terrible place. I didn't even have the chance to be seen there. I was next-door at the TriHealth family practice, unfortunately, my son developed diarrhea while we were walking into our appointment and had to use the bathroom four times while we were at our appointment. The staff at Trihealth family practice were very nice & understanding. 2 of 3 appointments needed to be rescheduled. Missed the heartbeat of my unborn child because of it. Don't go here unless you really need the service. This review is specific to Dr. Sullivan and his nurse/staff support… I could not have been more disappointed with my experience. I am a young woman in my 30s and have a family history of gynecological cancer (including immediate family members). I've used this practice for nearly a decade and have had such a good experience with both of my pregnancies and deliveries. All of the doctors are patient, considerate, and kind.
