I is the best doctor ever
Avoid this practice. I was 10 minutes late due to traffic and they denied me my appointment for a med check . But surely don’t give a shit when they make you wait 30 minutes in the lobby .
Dr. Sharma, his medical assistant, Iris, and the people who answer the phones are fantastic! They were so helpful and kind when I called in distress. They were patient, helpful, and really calmed me down. Many thanks to all the staff!
Why tell me to show up 15 min before my 8am appointment if you have the doors locked? If you’re not going to let patients in maybe don’t set the first appointment for the same time you open.
