Dr. Sharma, his medical assistant, Iris, and the people who answer the phones are fantastic! They were so helpful and kind when I called in distress. They were patient, helpful, and really calmed me down. Many thanks to all the staff!
Why tell me to show up 15 min before my 8am appointment if you have the doors locked? If you’re not going to let patients in maybe don’t set the first appointment for the same time you open.
I hate coming here anymore since Gary retired this place is a joke. They treat me horrible and Miss Thomas even once told me to stop taking my “BPD meds” because it’s super rare and I probably “don’t even have it”. I do have BPD, but the funny thing is, the medication is Seroquel and it’s actually for sleep and insomnia because it’s only 50 mg, not a psychiatric dose of 300 or more. I have been a patient here since I was a child, I am now 33 and I have private insurance. I Had to get a procedure done at a different Dr's office due to this company not offering said procedure. I thought I was potentially having complications a week after. I called here for advice, since this has been my dr office for my whole life and I was the most comfortable. TRANSFERRED ME MANY TIMES JUST TO ANSWER OUR 1 QUESTION “ WHEN WE CAN POSSIBLE TO GET THE BLOOD TEST RESULTS?” JUST ONE QUESTION BUT TRANSFERRED TO HUNDRED PEOPLE IN THE PHONE AND END UP TO HANG ME UP ABOUT 30MNS UNTIL I GIVE UP AND CANCELLED THE CALL BCOS NOBODY THERE TO PICKED UP THE PHONE.
