I have to say that it has been a blessing that I found this place! From check in to treatment you are treated with the utmost respect. I can't imagine going to a better facility.
Had a referral from another dr to see rheumatology dr. Received fax confirmation that they received it. Said they didnt review it and call back next week. This went on for over 3 weeks. Finally after the 3 weeks they claimed they never got it. What horrible service especially for a dr. Office. I recommend using any other dr. Office beside this one!
My doc there has been just fine. It’s the people that work there. Maybe they’re way understaffed or underpaid, or both. That’d at least make sense. If you hate your job so much, why keep working there?
