My son had an 8:50 a.m. appointment. We showed up early, got taken back, then sat in the room for 46 minutes. The doctor finally came in at 9:36 and was gone by 9:38, but I'm sure we will still be charged like it was a full visit. This isn’t a one time thing - it happens every time we come here. Patients are expected to be on time or get charged but that same standard doesn’t apply with the staff here. Don't recommend this office.
I just want to take the time to compliment , Dr. Roth . She is absolutely amazing and phenomenal at her job. I am very comfortable with her and seeing her which is unusual for me due to my anxiety. She’s very confident in what she does and really cares about you . I also want to compliment my MA Genesis , she was the sweetest to me today and very professional and quick . I would not go elsewhere!
