Do not go to a provider here. Tried to schedule a sick visit with my primary doctor and they never responded to my appointment request. Also, when I was a new patient, the medical assistant entered my medication in the system so grossly incorrectly that if I took the dose she entered, it would have been fatal. The medical assistant entered 100 ml instead of 100 mg and the wrong medication type. Extreme incompetence. I'm lucky to still be alive after this.
Horrible service from the drs. The front desk staff is great but I’ve came 6 times already and they have kept me waiting for over an hour. For my first ultrasound it was supposed to be 2 weeks out they scheduled me 8 weeks out even tho I had 6 miscarriages before this. The dr who did an exam on me pull the paper cover up and just left me exposed the whole entire time even while she looked for a heart beat. This complaint is mostly about your scheduling department and ethical practices (or lack there of) . It has been several months and it doesn’t sit well with me to this day. I initially met with Dr. Fananapazir prior to having my son in December 2024 . My concern was about the vaccines and if I would have to have my son follow some kind of schedule etc . Loved the staff and Dr. Ossman was patient, thorough and an all-around great Neurologist. I am a complicated case and he listened to every symptom and past diagnoses I explained and made an excellent plan for me going forward. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Ossman in Neurology specifically.
