The nurses are discriminatory toward black and/or young women. They will play with your intelligence, look at you like you’re crazy when you ask questions, and belittle your knowledge as if you know nothing.

I would highly recommend the For Women team of physicians! I had two incredibly difficult pregnancies and they handled each appointment with compassion and most importantly they LISTENED to me. Everything they recommended was fully explained to me and based on research and expertise. I thought I wouldn't like that they make you see different doctors each appt. during pregnancy but it really makes it so that you know all of them well. I am so thankful to have two healthy children and I will continue to go there for my future ... read more

I (posting under an alias, Lauren Williams is not my name) recently saw one of their new providers, Dr Heather Barnhorst. She lacked a good bedside manner. I don't really care about that, as long as the care is good. I was newly pregnant and am considered Advanced Maternal Age. I had my labs drawn at 4 weeks to get a baseline HCG (pregnancy hormone) and to check my progesterone. My progesterone was only 10. Dr Barnhorst did not give me progesterone supplements.
