I had a scheduled teledoc appointment. I sat over an hour on the call waiting for someone to hop on. When nobody did, I called the office repeatedly, left messages, messaged mychart, and still never received a response. I would highly advise looking elsewhere. ***Edit*** After 50 attempts to call back, I finally got a person and who was not happy that they saw my number keep popping up (which seems insane). They then said it was over an hour passed the scheduled time and the appointment is now considered cancelled and they h... read more
