I felt as if I had to hound them to respond to my unexpected health problems that occurred after an outpatient procedure they performed. Their response was obtained only after several phone calls, and I was made to feel as if they were annoyed that I wanted an answer the same day (and to be clear, I did not first call 5 minutes before the end of their day).
They provide great GI care and the physician listened to everything that I had to say. Additionally, the office staff is always very friendly and helpful as well.
