Sara was very helpful in my visit today and also informative.
Was not a good experience at all. I went in because my ear was hurting, and very tender. I was told no ear infection. I ended up going to a trihealth urgent care. Just because my ear looked like no infection on the inside I had a outer ear infection. The over the counter meds that was suggested for me to take would have been a waste of money. So my first time experience was not good at all and I wont waste time again.
Pleasant friendly and quick. Most especially listens to you not rushing you out. Thank you
