Strictly stay away from this ER at any case. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this ER last night. I brought my husband in due to a severe finger injury with heavy bleeding. We arrived at 9:30 pm but were not called in until 11:30 pm. The staff, who seemed to be in the middle of a shift change around 10 pm, appeared disengaged and slow to attend to patients. Need to the ER around 11am, was sedated shortly after, got stitches, and woke up around10 pm. During my incapacitation, the staff and BN ER lost my insurance card and my prescription glasses, And was not very concerned that they are missing despite me having them when I entered
Very friendly. Extremely busy on the night we was there. Long wait.
One of the worst emergency rooms i’ve been to, I’ve been waiting for a while and they’re very busy however there was one women who was clearly showing signs of distress and pain but no one was helping as she was crying. Nurses were chatting it up and there wasn’t any sort of help.
