You literally would be a damn fool to bring anybody you love here. They take there TIME and joke while people are waiting 3+ hours in the emergency room… I’m Not from Ohio and this is the WORSE emergency room I’ve ever been to!!! They handed me a hazard bag told me to pee and a cup and hold it in the waiting room till a nurse came to get me to take it! It’s unsanitary and I wouldn’t trust this place with my animal.
I had a serious surgery my 2 surgeons and their whole team were amazing the ICU nurses gave me the best care I can’t say enough about the ICU after that I went to 4th floor nurses on that floor were horrible I had to tell them I was in pain in order to get medicine they didn’t clean me up never changed my bedding had bed alarm on and left me alone for long periods very disappointed by the lack of care on 4th floor ! I would have given 5 stars if I had only stayed in ICU until discharge
My mother went here with appendicitis and not only did they make her wait 6 hours in the emergency department waiting room she barely made it to a different hospital before her appendix ruptured. Will not go here again
Dr. Zachary Heppner is a joke! And his side kick nurse on July 12th, they both need to find a different profession. No testing done on me they shoved me out the door like I didn't matter. Terrible people
Great hospital , especially if you have heart issues. TriHealth is the best!
