We have visited this department multiple times for non-life-threatening issues, and the experience has always been a nightmare. We are simply waiting 3-5 hours just to get basic prescriptions like antibiotics or ibuprofen for a sick child. The concept of an "Emergency Department" here is completely misunderstood. Patients wait as if there is no time limit. There is a total lack of accountability and transparency regarding wait times. I'm grateful for the team who set my shoulder in place. They heard my concerns about the procedure. Grateful they move fast and set my shoulder easily. I highly recommend them.
If I could give a lower rating I would. I don’t like to speak poorly on people who work in the medical industry i usually would be disgusted in myself but Mind you this is the first time I have ever felt like I needed to even bother writing a review for anything. This hospital is TERRIBLE. Save yourself the 8 hours and go to a different one. The staff seems unconcerned/ uninterested. They are admitted poeple in the wrong because there are no beds upstairs
