The express care is not express staff is extremely rude set in the emergency room for four hours just to watch everybody else get treated before me to the point. Everyone had got discharged and I was still sitting in there waiting on my results.
Poor. I was dehydrated & they didn't diagnose me. I went to Kettering Health later that same day. I will not return to Butler Bethesda again.
Avoid this ER at all costs.....under staffed.....4 hour wait time...didn't even get seen a doc. Im going to christ!
Went to the ER due to a bad tooth infection, which is very painful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn’t just send me home with antibiotics and ibuprofen. They gave me pain medication that actually gave me relief and I can finally sleep!!! I frequently have tooth pain and this is the most help that I’ve received from an ER so far. I was out of there in less than 40 minutes and my prescriptions were ready by the I left.
