Poor. I was dehydrated & they didn't diagnose me. I went to Kettering Health later that same day. I will not return to Butler Bethesda again.

Avoid this ER at all costs.....under staffed.....4 hour wait time...didn't even get seen a doc. Im going to christ!

Went to the ER due to a bad tooth infection, which is very painful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn’t just send me home with antibiotics and ibuprofen. They gave me pain medication that actually gave me relief and I can finally sleep!!! I frequently have tooth pain and this is the most help that I’ve received from an ER so far. I was out of there in less than 40 minutes and my prescriptions were ready by the I left.

We went to the ER today to have my 18-year-old son evaluated for a post concussion symptoms from college football. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Brandon Blake Conine was extremely disappointing. He was disrespectful and unprofessional throughout the visit. He seemed irritated when we asked questions and even walked out of the room while my son was still trying to get clarity, mumbling and using profanity, including saying “OMG” out loud.
