Always the best experience here. The receptionists are always so friendly and welcoming when I visit or call with a question. Scheduling visits has always been easy. This is my second pregnancy & I’m so happy I get to go through this office again. I have tried to see all the providers but Jessica Evans is especially amazing!
Dr.Altman gets a 100% from me. Extremely down to earth and there for patients in a time of need. The nurses and staff are all amazing and kind. My appointment took under an hour and I feel confident in saying I found a womens health doctor for the rest of my life.
Not only did the doctor give very minimal information after I had a laparoscopy that confirmed I have endometriosis, but when I was trying to get scheduled for Nexplanon insertion I was told that the office does not call in pre-authorizations and gave me codes to call my insurance to do it myself. When I called insurance, I was told that only the provider can call in a pre authorization. Best doctors in the city for pregnancy care. Dr. Merkel is the nicest most professional and caring doctor. He takes time to answer any questions or concerns and takes time to explain everything. Wouldn't go to anyone else after this.
