Drove from a far distance to purchase a used compact utility tractor because the price was good. Overall, the tractor was as advertised, but I was a bit disappointed that the dealer didn't seem to do any sort of inspection on the equipment before selling it to me. After poking around, the coolant level was low, the hydraulic fluid level was low, and when I asked for the salesperson to show me the air filter, he quickly hid it from sight and went to the service counter for a new one. Hate to leave a 3 star review but… Purchased the 1025r in December…after purchase Jason French told us that the hood latch was broken but that he ordered a new one and would let us know when it came in. It’s now May with no call, nothing. I’ve called and emailed several times but no answer. Not the customer service we expected or were promised. Great tractor, bad customer service.
Jon at TriGreen was very professional in his dealings with me. The transmission on my John Deere S110 needed to be replaced after three years. He contacted the company and they agreed to pay a third of the repair! Wow, now that’s going above and beyond the call of duty. I thank you gentlemen for saving me a huge bill. Then I find out I did things wrong that might’ve contributed to these repairs being needed. So live and learn. I wouldn’t recommend the S110 maybe go for a little larger machine if you’re buying a new one.
