Awesome customer service - We had a warranty issue with our new tractor and Skylar went above a beyond to keep us working. He understood we had to have our tractor and couldn't afford the down. He worked up a game plan to get it in and out and did just that. We'll be back for sure.

I took my mower in to be diagnosed. They charged ~$100 for less than an hour of work, but they did diagnose the problem and gave me a new one. They raised my cutting deck and now it will not drop so even after fixing the initial problem myself, I have been completely unable to use it. They turned a 25 year old machine into a glorified lawn ornament. You will not be addressed in this store and the "customer service" reps have 0 hospitality. Please learn from my mistake.
