Nice that I was able to do everything over the phone through text and email but when my tractor and equipment showed up early the 1 hour install of the mower deck somehow took 5 days and was still not operational at time of loading on the trailer. It was delivered the following day. They threw in a couple hats and seat cover for the inconvenience but the loss of 2 days labor and putting off a job that tractor was scheduled for was never compensated and no one wanted to acknowledge that.
