They were supposed to deliver my mower and didn’t make the delivery. Tried to call and got passed all over the place. Finally got to talk to someone and they had the wrong address on top of that! Very poor customer service!
Came by at 2:30 today and wandered around mowers outside for ten minutes. Want a 48 inch riding mower. Not one person came out to talk to me.
Good folks. Great products and services at great prices. Highly recommend.
Very good experience, and helpful staff. Unfortunately the part I purchased was not the problem. More like a john deere problem with machines that don't meet the expectations of us john deere loyal customers. Less than 100 hours of operation and something suddenly quits working. So, back to the drawing room.
