Prompt friendly service at parts counter.
Had a 5320 Deere sent in for repair of both lift cylinder seal on the bucket. After 2 months I went by to find out that they were just in process of repairing one cylinder. Not both as I requested! Told them to fix BOTH. A month later I went back to find out that the lift cylinder had just been repaired. I dropped back in later that day to drop off a check at service. No one at the desk and no one showed up after about 10 min. I put the check under the phone of the service writer and left. They brought the tractor back to me... read more
