I purchased ax380 with a54” deck and added a mulch kit! Jake was my sales representative and he was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He got me what a wanted and made the process very smooth.
Fantastic Customer Service and friendly people in all departments!
They were supposed to deliver my mower and didn’t make the delivery. Tried to call and got passed all over the place. Finally got to talk to someone and they had the wrong address on top of that! Very poor customer service!
Came by at 2:30 today and wandered around mowers outside for ten minutes. Want a 48 inch riding mower. Not one person came out to talk to me.
