Scheduling with Rachel was really easy which I appreciated. Unfortunately I left not feeling any relief, nor in the coming days. After about a week I did an online deep dive into my muscle aches and found some stretch guides from theraputical bone and muscle clinics. As I was doing the stretches I felt immediate relief. I suppose if you're going for the massage experience, that was fine. But if you are looking to relief problem aches consider checking muscle therapy specialists out first.
