Worst service at a gun shop I have ever been to. The employee's always seem like they didn't get enough sleep and are more interested in reading the out of date hunting magazine on the counter than actually helping you. Won't be going back... double tap has better prices anyway
Great supply of ammo and guns at great prices! A hidden little gem in Bend ;). Very helpful and very nice people.
They could close and that would be an improvement. They’re too slimy to ever trust again.
Poor customer service; not true to their word. Hard to believe the good reviews here. Requires all $$$$ up front when not in stock & ordering. When not received by the store, when promised, cannot cancel & will charge $300.00 re-stocking charge..when it's not even shipped yet..and until "today" there was no return policy posted anywhere as shown below & none on receipt. Sketchy to say the least.
I am a happy customer with Trigger Happy. I was surprised to see anything negative about them. I deal with them through a 3rd party on gun auctions and have a least 2 guns through them. They have always been a good gun vendor, on time and good communications. I recommend them!

Listing old Beretta 1951 clones as the newer 92FS clone. Tried to get them to change the ad but instead go a smart a** reply. Also 4.99 credit card fees and ridiculous shipping charges. So many good stores to shop from, why deal with Tricker Happy??
Don't go to Trigger Happy Guns...not true to their word...takes ALL your money upfront & doesn't deliver when "promised"....& owner, Eric, very rude. Go to Deschuttes Armory instead where their stock is plentiful & you don't have to wait long.
