After 2 shoulder reconstructions and 2 years of physio hope of a successful recovery seemed impossible. However after just 3 ART sessions and a personalised rehabilitation program my shoulders have improved beyond belief. I have improved my range by 30-35% and i now have a sense of hope. I no longer have back pain and my strength is constantly improving. I am truly grateful to Cato and the Trigger Fitness Team and have no hesitation recommending there services to anyone. Joined Fitness First March 2013 and I meet Sam. He inspired me to get back in to fitness and helped me through my wall that I had encountered. With a nutrition session from Sam and Cato and then some great programs which were easy to follow, I achieved some good results. Would highly recommend Trigger to any one, they are one good and friendly team. Also Sam as he did inspire me
