Chris and his crew at TriGem were fantastic. I cannot thank them enough. We just purchased our home this year and the backyard was a mess. There were nothing but weeds, and it appeared that the yard was formerly filled with trees which were all cut down and mulched in place. The yard had been neglected for years and the mulch left a spongy, lumpy mess that would have made it frustrating to even maneuver a lawnmower. We called Chris with TriGem because we had a leaky water head, couldn’t find the main shutoff to the system, and didn’t know how to even operate the system installed by the previous owners. Chris came out and took a look at what we had going on. He told us what repairs were needed and sent us a quote to repair out which also included a few extras we wanted like a main shutoff and back flow, new clock, and rain sensor.
