Trifles provided catering for our wedding shower a few weeks ago and I was asked repeatedly "where did you get the food?" I can't recall ever receiving so many compliments from such a wide ranging group of people (age, location, etc.). We served all cold or room temperature items including salads, the chicken bruschetta platter, a crostini variety, pasta salad and assorted mini desserts. Outstanding! I was at a wedding. I had major surgery on both feet. The caterer had her daughter hold/carry my plate so I could partake of the buffet. A man caterer saw I was having difficulty getting up a stair and he said, “May I help you.” These kind, thoughtful, gestures made me feel a part of the wedding, not a cripple. I highly recommend.
