My experience with trifit was nothing but welcoming and productive. I dropped in for the day, we’re camping locally. I didn’t want a class but rather to workout and lift gym rat style. Andrew had the perfect “regular gym” spot for me, great sound system, very clean, lots of equipment, to which all was kept to a high functioning standard. There is no air conditioning, which is common in crossfit gyms so I expected it. However, I will say they have massive fans with great airflow throughout. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Trifit. Andrew & Taylor are so clearly gifted at what they do! Everyone is very welcoming, regardless of your fitness journey and where you’re at or if you’re just starting. The workouts are not for the faint of heart, but everything can be modified and there is never any judgement. We’re so happy to have found this gym!
