After some rather intense dental work reactivated my jaw clenching habit, I was experiencing chronic neck and jaw pain. Traditional massage work and chiropractic provided short-term relief but nothing that created actual change. Amy's Tibetan Cranial work is subtle yet profound and provided lasting relief from my pain. As a massage therapist myself, I would recommend Amy to anyone suffering from neck/jaw pain. Add on the reflexology for a truly transcendent experience!
I had a block of Tibetan cranial sessions with Amy over the course of a week for some tmj issues. They benefited me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
