I recently got two pairs of prescription glasses at Trifecta and I am beyond pleased with how the whole experience turned out. Heather was so professional and helpful in making sure that my glasses were just right for my needs. She went above and beyond to take care of me as a new customer. Trifecta is going to be my family's go-to for optical needs moving forward and I look forward to working with Heather again in the future. Dr. Chai is the most caring and professional doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. She dedicated countless extra hours to helping me design and follow a detailed recovery plan after a cataract surgery that, let’s just say, didn’t go as planned. I truly don’t believe I could have regained 20/20 vision without her skill, dedication, and compassionate guidance. Dr. Chai is probably one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient to. She is constantly studying and staying on top of the latest news in Optometry and Ophthalmology. A true embodiment of what a doctor is supposed to be in my opinion. I’ve always had a great experience at Trifecta Optometry. Everyone there has been very kind and helpful. They even assisted me in finding the right frame for my glasses, even if it meant pointing me to another store that carried it. Dr. Dylan, who takes care of both my husband and me, is always very kind, considerate, and makes sure everything is done properly. We really appreciate his attention and care, and we will definitely continue coming here for our eye care.
