I've been training at Trifecta Fitness for a few months now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and creates a motivating environment for all fitness levels. A huge part of my progress is thanks to Coach Tyler Sears. He is extremely knowledgeable, pays close attention to form and technique, and customizes training to fit each individual's needs. If your are looking for a place to workout with a great coach & great people, Trifecta fitness is the place. Coach Ty keeps workouts challenging but effective. His attention to your workouts making sure everyones is working out safely & effectively is world class.
I have been attending this gym for 3 years now with Coach Ty and it’s part of my life style! I joined at my biggest, have been through weight loss, my entire pregnancy and now postpartum trying to lose the weight again. Everyone is in a different stage of life and journey and he tailors the workout for everyone. I can’t imagine life without it. I bring my son to the kids boxing classes with Cutstrong boxing as well.
