Mary is a great trainer with knowledge and credentials!!! She is focused on details of specifics needs of individuals. Highly recommend!!

Best of the best!! I’ve been with Mary since 2024. I begin with her small group strength training class at the studio. And now she’s stuck with me 3 times a week. Motivating, knowledgeable, always willing to help me understand an exercise/what it’s hitting and pushes me out of my comfort zone.
Mary's wonderful
Mary's personality and determination to see other's reach their personal fitness goals is nothing less than incredible. She has a winning way of challenging yet encouraging everyone. I've had the pleasure of watching her for over 10 years and she has maintained a passion second to none for what she does. It's been amazing to see the excitement of so many that have Literally transformed their lives physically, Mentally and Emotionally.
