RecommendedI’ve been here multiple times (twice for a Brazilian wax and once for a spa package which included a foot massage, back massage, and facial) and I have left happy every single time. Sarah has done my waxes and she is amazing. Very professional and definitely makes you feel comfortable. I was a first timer for waxes and Sarah made me feel very at ease and talked me thru everything. There are tons of services that they offer and prices aren’t bad either. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back!

Trieva's arranged a spa party for my daughter's Bachelorette celebration and it was so wonderful! Everything was perfect starting from the flexibility in fitting us all in on short notice, to the friendly, accommodating staff, to the amazingly awesome Sanctuary Room for us to gather, to the quality of the services received!! Just an outstanding experience all around! I live closer to the Northgate location and will definitely go there in the future for individual services. :-)
I thought brazilian wax means no hair left. Decent customer service
I have had facials done a couple of times at the Northgate location. I was very happy with my services both times and am ready to make another appointment soon! I am also very happy with the products that were recommended (At my request, no sales push). The ambience of the treatment rooms is very relaxing. Would recommend!
I met with Sarena yesterday for some waxing therapy. She was excellent. Super friendly. Great location, and the staff is always cheerful.

This little oasis of luxury in a Lynnwood strip Mall is a real find. Excellent staff (Bella is wonderful!), reasonable prices, and a wide selection of treatments and add-on services make this my go-to spot for face maintenance, massage, and general pampering. They also have a Redmond location.
