Plumber was polite and prompt plus understood my panicked instructions, but when my flooring guys tried to put my toilet back after installing the flooring they discovered the valve was the wrong size. Plumber came back to correct the valve, but wanted $388 to reinstall the toilet (I had already paid the flooring guys for that but they finished and left, couldn’t complete this because VALVE WAS WRONG…) I would think I would have been offered a very reasonable price to reinstall the toilet after paying $515 for the wrong valv... read more
