I had my front brakes replaced, pads and rotors here a few months ago. Then this week I went to a different place to get my rear brakes replaced pads and rotors and it was about $70 cheaper. I contacted Tried and true and they refunded the diagnostic charge. They said they have made this change for everyone now. They don’t charge for brake diagnostics anymore. This is great news. I really appreciate them working with me. I would go back there again.
We took our van in to Tried and True to replace some bad struts. Sam and his team were amazing at getting the job done right away, and they worked with our after-market warranty to get most things covered! They’re extremely knowledgeable and I will continue to use their services.
Really bad experience. Paid a lot for a service that didn’t resolve my car problem. I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place.
Tried and True is my go to place for car repairs. They always want to make sure repairs are done well. Turn around time has always been quick. They also take the time to explain repairs and while I don’t understand a lot of what is being explained, I appreciate the time taken.
These guys are awesome! My car was having troubles starting. I took it into a local parts store for a quick diagnosis and they told me that my alternator and battery were both bad. I decided to take it to Tried and True for a second opinion. Glad I did! Turns out that my alternator is still good. Thank you guys for being willing to help.
