Aisha was great and Jennifer was so helpful.
For a long time sufferer of tooth and gum problems due to a sports injury many years ago I truly never get anxious visiting Tridont Dental Center. Dr. Rashid is excellent at communicating what needs to be done and delivering on what he says . The staff are always smiling ,helpful and involved with the clients. They were professional. In terms of communication, it was easily the best experience I’ve had in a medical cabinet in the entire GTA. They communicate well, which is hard to find around this city in particular. I like the fact that everything was understood on both sides and explained clearly before the day of the appointment. They also offer text reminders instead of phone calls which you appreciate (specially when you work in transportation 24/7). I had an appointment For Wisdom Tooth Removal and I was vey nervous and scared as the X-Ray showed there was 2 tooth's to be removed but Dr. Salman Rashid made me very comfortable and the entire process of taking X-Ray and removing the tooth was very fast within 35 minutes I was good to go home even though the second tooth was bit complicated to be removed and to mention Debby was assisting the entire process with Dr. Salman and throughout the process I was crushing her hands out of my nervousness but she understood that and... read more
